Behind the 160 year old facade of Lady Glenorchy Church, lies The Glasshouse. Most of our 77 rooms offer direct access to our 2 acre roof garden & its views of historic Calton Hill; or private balconies overlooking the city. In 2018, our reception was fully refurbished and a new bar installed in our Snug Lounge, offering a selection of almost 100 exclusive whiskies.

The Glasshouse, Autograph Collection is a modern 5-star boutique hotel set behind the historic facade of 172-year-old Lady Glenorchy Church. A short walk from both Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and York Place Tram Stop, it features an amazing 2-acre roof garden with views over Calton Hill.
